Healthy Eating Research, a national program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF), has released a call for proposals for research that identifies strategies that advance health equity and sheds light on the drivers of inequities related to nutritional disparities, dietary quality and patterns, and food security.

Apply for this funding with ideas focused on improving access to good nutrition, healthy foods, and opportunities to make healthful choices—all key to advancing health equity. All studies funded under this opportunity must have the potential to impact groups at highest risk for poor health and nutrition-related health disparities and must focus on children ages 0 to 8 and their families, including pregnant women.

Concept papers are due by July 31 at 3:00 p.m. ET. Visit Healthy Eating Research’s website to learn more and RWJF’s website to apply.
