HERFeedingReport.PNGHealthy Eating Research (HER) released a report, Feeding Guidelines for Infants and Young Toddlers: A Responsive Parenting Approach, which comprise a set of simple, clear guidelines on what and how to feed babies under two years of age and also address related behaviors such as physical activity, television and other media use (screen time), and sleep. The guidelines, developed by a panel of experts and based off current scientific evidence, can be used by myriad stakeholders including parents and caregivers,  health care providers, child care providers, WIC practitioners, and others.
