The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) released a call for applications in early June for the 2015 RWJF Culture of Health Prize. This prize is awarded to up to 10 communities across the country that are helping build a culture of health through local efforts. Each winning community will receive $25,000 towards their work and have the opportunity to share their success with the rest of the movement, and encourage others to pursue similar change in their communities.
The deadline for applicant communities is on September 17, 2014 at 3pm ET. For more information on the grant and how to apply, see the RWJF website here. To see the six communities who won the Culture of Health Prize last year, check out their video profiles here.
