The National League of Cities seeks an experienced professional to provide program and research support for the Institute’s work in the overlapping areas of early childhood success and connecting children to nature. Reports to the Program Manager for Early Childhood and Principal Associate, Children and Nature, within the NLC Institute for Youth, Education and Families. The grant-funded projects in areas related to early childhood success and children and nature have an emphasis on city-led efforts and city partnership strategies to promote quality early learning experiences for young children from birth through age eight, as well as on promoting more systematic and equitable connections to nature.
