Teens need to become more active—want some interesting ways to get them moving? Check out one group’s ideas to get teens up and moving. 


teensactive.jpgRecent studies show that teens are spending more than 7 hours on media outlets—which is leading to a more sedentary lifestyle. One fitness instructor had the blood pressure of each teen at a clinic taken, and found that only five of the teenagers had normal blood pressure—all of the rest were high.
