The Senior Campaign Representative will serve as a senior leader with primary responsibility to plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of the Outdoors Alliance for Kids (OAK), a national strategic partnership of more than 100 organizations advocating for equitable access to the outdoors for children, youth and families. Additional responsibilities include coordinating and providing strategic guidance and support to Sierra Club campaigns and projects at the state and local level.

The Sierra Club believes access to public lands to be a human right. They honor the myriad benefits being outside provides for individuals and communities and work to break down the social and economic barriers that prevent all people from enjoying outdoor opportunities. All candidates should have a demonstrated commitment to equity, justice and inclusion. If you’ve got a passion for kids and youth, a commitment to outdoor equity, and experience advancing transformational partnerships and advocacy campaigns, then this may be the role for you.
