Many of us know we should drop a few pounds, but the location of where we live determines our access to fresh food and unprocessed food. Poorer households have worse health outcomes. If a person or home is experiencing financial instability, it can raise physical stress levels. Stagnant wages and fewer work opportunities have created a place of hopelessness for those who are less educated and less skilled in the workforce.
