Moving to a Walking Neighborhood is Good For Your Blood Pressure

A new study was released during this week that shows that living in a walkable neighborhood can lead to better blood pressure. The study was based off of research done in Canada that followed 1,057 pairs of adults. The researchers compared blood pressure data of participants and collected data on the walkability of each participant’s neighborhood. To find the full report, read more here
