Researchers focused on encouraging children to adopt better health behaviors can apply for a grant from the National Institutes of Health. The deadline is September 8, 2014.
Qualifying research will focus on sustainable health behaviors such as developing healthy sleep patterns and proper dental hygiene habits, nutrition, participating in physical activity and others. A full list of relevant behaviors and accepted applications are listed in the grant announcement.
