You’re invited!

PreventObesity.net is hosting a special happy hour to mark the 2011 Childhood Obesity Prevention Summit in Washington, D.C., and we want you to join us.

If you are a D.C. area resident or you will be in town for the conference, please plan on stopping by La Tasca in Chinatown starting at 6 p.m. on Sept. 7. The best part: We’ll pick up the first round for the first 50 PreventObesity.net Leaders who come to our little soiree.

The summit will study how policy decisions could help prevent childhood obesity, and look at ways advocates, government officials and others can work together to create effective policy.

One of PreventObesity.net’s chief goals is to help Leaders like you meet others doing important work in the childhood obesity movement. Most of the time, we do this via the website, but we love an opportunity to bring folks together in person.

We hope to see you there! Please RSVP to our Customer Relations Manager Zach Brooks at  [email protected] by Tuesday, Sept. 6 if you plan to attend.
