2016 School Health Policies and Practices Study Data Available

The 2016 School Health Policies and Practices Study (SHPPS) data is now available. This periodic national survey assesses school health policies and practices at the district level.

  • Examining the characteristics of school health.
  • Qualifications and standards for those responsible for coordinating school health programs.
  • Collaboration and examples of working with outside agencies and organizations to implement effective school health programs.
  • How have key practices and policies shifted over time?
