Deadline Approaching: Complete Streets and Public Health Nominations

The PAPRN+ Collaborating Center at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), led by Dr. Jamie Chriqui, is conducting a qualitative study to identify examples of “best practices” where public health agencies and/or advocates have been actively engaged in complete streets policy development, adoption, implementation, and/or evaluation efforts.

UIC is currently seeking nominations for municipalities and/or states that should be showcased in a best practice report that we’ll be issuing this fall.

Nominations close on March 30 and can easily be submitted here: http://bit.ly/CompleteStreetsPH.

The nomination process takes less than 2 minutes.

Questions can be directed to Dr. Jamie Chriqui ([email protected]) or 312-996-6410 or Christina Sansone ([email protected]) or 312-355-2864.

The study is being supported by the Physical Activity Research Center at UCSD and by the PAPRN+ Collaborating Center at UIC. The study has been deemed exempt by the UIC IRB
